Payments are accepted via major credit/debit cards or PayPal.
Returns & Exchanges
If you have a change of mind you have 7 days to return your item for an exchange, store credit note or refund. If you wish a refund you MUST also contact me at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. The jewelry must be in its original packaging and be in perfect condition. If you do not contact me within 48 hours I will only be able to offer an exchange or store credit.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
ALL returns must be by trackable or signed for delivery service ie Registered Post.
