Q: Can I pay with using my credit or debit card?
A: Payments are accepted through paypal or credit/debit cards.
Q: I’d like to send my order as a gift. Can you do gift wrapping?
A: Your ADORNED BY RUTH purchase is ready for gifting! Each jewelry piece is packaged in a gift box with our branding and can be sent directly to your recipient. If you have a special message, please drop me a line in the message box at checkout.
Q: Item arrives damaged
A: If by rare chance your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact me immediately so I can rectify the problem right away. I pride myself on ensuring all customers are happy with their purchase!
Q: Custom orders?
A: I accept some custom orders but all items items are uniquely made and all require special attention. Contact me to see how I can assist.
Q: Returns or exchanges?
A: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Your item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Please contact me at email@example.com before returning your item for authorization.
A fee of CAD$6 will be deducted from each refund to cover the amount originally paid to ship the package to you.
Certain items are NOT eligible for return/exchange. Please contact me to confirm.
Q: Incorrect Address/Returned Package Fee
A: Contact me for more information if your package has been returned to sender due to providing an incorrect address. Please be aware there are processing fees for packages returned to sender.
Please note that while I do accept exchanges, all shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer. A small “rework” fee will be charged per item as compensation for time spent creating your new piece 🙂 You will be expected to cover these costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or mistake on my part.
Exchanged items aren’t eligible for free shipping.
All order change or cancellations must be made within the first 12 hours after purchase, as I strive to process and start working on each order as soon as possible.
To change or cancel your order, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your first and last name, order number, and request a cancellation.
Please note: I am unable to cancel orders that have started production.
